Youth Golf of America offers many different events for it's members and all are welcome to compete regardless of skill level or ability.  The YGOA program offers juniors the ability to move along at their own pace to improve and have flexibility to skip events and not be penalized.  Every effort will be made to make pairings based on comparative scores, except for the player’s first tournament of the year, which is paired by a random draw.

Entry fees for members on Regional, National and International Events are determined by the event location, however second family players will receive a discount on the second entry fee at these events.

USGA rules will govern all play except where it is necessary to apply local rules. Decisions of the members of the rules committee will be final in all matters concerning the interpretation and enforcement of the Rules of Golf and the tournament rules of the  YGOA.

All participants are required to wear appropriate golf attire at all times while participating in YGOA sanctioned events.  Education days and seminar dress codes may vary.  They will be posted prior to each event.  YGOA is a "friendly" organization, so we like parents and guests to join in at all of our events.
